Where are you located ?
In Paris, in the heart of the historic, trendy and secure Marais district.
Our rue du Parc Royal is lined with gardens and mansions.
What accommodation do you offer ?
A professional accommodation registered in the Trade and Companies Register.
2 luxury bedrooms, in a quiet and green setting.
They are in our apartment but each one is completely independent.
Do you have an elevator ?
Yes and big enough to accommodate 7 people or bulky luggage.
Our building is not designed for disabled access.
Are your 2 bedrooms quiet ?
Our 2 bedrooms overlook the private gardens of the condominium.

Is your building secure ?
Yes entirely: entrance digit code, concierge lodge, video surveillance and night watchman.
Is health security assured ?
A cleaning agent cleans our building every day (except weekends), including corridors and elevators. Our apartment and bedrooms are also cleaned daily and thoroughly. We provide hydro-alcoholic gel according to availability in the pharmacy.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms ?
No, it’s not allowed. A smoke detector is installed in each room.

What is the price/rate of your 2 bedrooms ?
Breakfast is included – as well as our available services mentioned in this FAQ.
Reservation is possible from a minimum of 2 nights.
Notre Dame Suite: from 290 euros per night
Bedroom Place des Vosges: from 260 euros per night
Solo offer: 10 euros less per night
Long stay (4 nights and more): 10 euros less per night

Do you accept babies and children ?
Our offer is aimed primarily at couples and adults travelling alone.
Babies are not accepted.
Children from 10 years old or teenagers can join their parent(s) only if they guarantee the respect of silence and cleanliness of the premises.
We do not have extra beds or twin beds. But our 2 double rooms allow us to accommodate a family of 4 people.
Will my bank details be secure on your website ?
Yes, entirely. To guarantee your reservation, you must enter your bank details. Everything is secured on our site thanks to the SSL encryption protocol. Payment is made with us via an electronic payment terminal.
Which payment options are accepted ?
Cash and Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Payment is made at our B&B upon your arrival. Except for the 20% non refundable deposit online.
What is your cancellation policy ?
Non refundable deposit online of 20% (except Covid). For the balance, you can cancel or modify – free of charge – up to 8 days before your arrival.
Less than 8 days : 100% of the stay is due.
Why is the rate cheaper on your official website ?
We can guarantee you the best available rates and offers on our official website. Because we do not pay any commissions. No intermediaries are involved. Thanks to the Law Macron 2015, we are allowed to be cheaper than OTAs on our official website.
Services and equipment
What are the Arrival and Departure times ? Check-in / check-out ?
I welcome you from 3pm or earlier depending on the possibility – and until 9pm.
For an early arrival, please specify the time when you make your reservation to drop off your luggage.
For a late arrival, please contact me in advance.
On the day of departure, check-out by 11 am at the latest.
Can I drop my luggage ?
Yes. Free luggage storage is available upon request.
What services are available in your Bed and Breakfast ?
A personalized welcome by my care, breakfast included, personal concierge, luggage storage, cleaning, provision of our iron. In case of long stay (4 nights and more), you can use our washing machine.
At what time do you serve breakfast ?
Between 8.30 and 10.30 on weekdays. On weekends, from 9.00 to 10.30. But we are flexible according to your needs.
What does your free breakfast include ?
We offer a sweet and savoury continental breakfast:
Fresh fruit salad, pastries and bread, cereals, yoghurts, ham, cheeses.
Drinks : Freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee beans, cappuccino, teas, hot chocolate.
Do you take into account any allergies or special diets ?
Yes, we can adapt to gluten-free, lactose-free or other allergies whenever possible. Don’t forget to specify this when you make your reservation.
What equipment is available in your bedrooms ?
Free and unlimited WI-FI (fibre optics), electric blackout blinds and curtains, safe, towel dryer in winter, natural welcome products/amenities, courtesy tray (with teas, coffees, herbal teas), kettle, mini fridge, HD flat screen TV.
In the Notre Dame Suite, private Jacuzzi for 2 people – no extra charge.
Does the Notre Dame Suite have a shower ?
Yes. We fixed a shower bar in the jacuzzi.
Do you have air conditioning ?
No. Each room has a Dyson fan, though.
Access, shops and parking nearby
How do we get to your home from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports ?
RER line B (10.30 euros per ticket including train and metro) from Charles de Gaulle – Direction Paris – or taxi. More information on our Access Page.
The taxi fare is officially fixed at 53 euros from Charles de Gaulle and 37 euros from Orly to our place (Paris Rive Droite de la Seine).
What is the estimated time to get to your B&B and the price of the taxi ?
From Charles de Gaulle CDG, about 30 to 45 minutes on average depending on traffic.
From Orly, about 20 to 30 minutes on average depending on traffic.
The taxi fare is officially fixed at 53 euros from Charles de Gaulle and 37 euros from Orly to our place (Paris Rive Droite de la Seine).
What is the nearest car parking ?
The Barbette car park at 7, rue Barbette is a 3-minute walk away.
Open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.

What are the means of transportation near your B&B ?
We have 2 metro stations: Saint Paul (line 1) and Chemin Vert (line 8) are a 5-minute walk away, and 3 bus lines nearby: 29, 69, 96. See Access section.
Taxis are also available at the Saint Paul metro station (5 minutes on foot). I can also book a taxi for you via G7.
From the Saint-Paul metro line 1, how do we get to your B&B ?
5 minutes walk: in front of the metro, take rue Pavée (corner of BNP). Continue straight ahead (the street changes name and becomes: Payenne). At the end on the left are our rue du Parc Royal and our building.
From the Chemin Vert metro line 8, how do you we arrive to your home ?
5 minutes on foot: Take the exit: rue Saint Gilles. Rue Saint Gilles is immediately on the left. Continue straight ahead, it changes its name and becomes our rue du Parc Royal.
What are the nearby restaurants and other shops ?
I’m your personal Concierge. When you arrive, I’ll give you all the information about the neighborhood. I can also book restaurants for you with pleasure.
